Medication Delivery
Bad weather? Under the weather? Relax at home, your meds are on their way. Our prescription delivery program helps you stay on track with your medication regimen without ever leaving the house.
Prescriptions called in by 3 PM Monday – Friday will generally be delivered that same day! Anything called in after 3 PM will be delivered the following day. Deliveries begin at 4 PM Monday – Friday. Someone must be present at the time of delivery to sign for and accept the prescriptions. Payment arrangements must be made prior to delivery.
We offer free prescription delivery to all Cooper Drug Store patients within the city limits of Augusta. There is a $5 fee for OTC delivery if the items are no accompanied by a prescription. If you live outside Augusta, ask a Cooper Drug team member for more information about delivery in your area.

Autofill
Autofill is a medication refill option for patients who are tired of constantly submitting refills. We'll set up your maintenance medications to automatically refill each month so your medications are always ready when you need them. Plus, the transition to Autofill is seamless—all of your medications will continue to be filled in full and the date(s) you pick up your meds will stay the same.
Spanish Interpretation Services
If you or a loved one need assistance provided in Spanish, we have trained, Spanish-speaking staff who can make sure you get the help you need!
Rx Text & Email Alerts
We know you are busy. We also know that it can be frustrating when you come to the pharmacy expecting to pick up your prescription only to find out that the doctor has not approved the refill request.
Sign up for our text and email alerts and when your prescription is ready, we will let you know. It’s easy to sign-up, just give a team member your cell phone number or email address.

Sync Rx
Medication synchronization lets your medication regimen work with your schedule, not against it — no more trips across town multiple times a month, just to pick up a single prescription. Choose a day each month that works best for you, and we will have all your medications refilled and ready for pick-up or, depending on where you live, delivered right to you!
A week or so prior to your prescriptions being refilled, you will receive a call from us to confirm which prescriptions are needed. Best of all, we call your doctor for refill approval and deal with your insurance company directly to reduce or eliminate any hassles. If you have four or more prescriptions per month, you will receive a call each month from one of our SyncRx specialists to go over your medication list.
