The Augusta Historic Theatre
Opened in 1935, the Augusta Historic Theatre is a two-story art deco, brick and glass building in the center of downtown Augusta. It was one of the first theatres in the world to use neon illumination entirely throughout the interior. After you shop at Cooper Drug, be sure to stop in and see this architectural centerpiece of Downtown Augusta.

Come visit the Augusta Historical Society's log cabin - the oldest house in Augusta. Built in 1868, it is listed in the National Register of Historical Places.
