Cooper Drug wins award from Kansas Preservation Alliance, Inc.
Owners Brett and Bridget Kappelmann, along with local architect William Morris, received the Notable Achievement Award form Cooper Drug Store, family owned and operated since 1922. The award was given to Cooper Drug by the Kansas Preservation Alliance, Inc. during their annual meeting. Their remodeling efforts of their two buildings were honored.
In addition, Cooper Drug and their award were featured in the Preservation News, a quarterly publication by the Kansas Preservation Alliance, Inc. Their article and photos were featured in Second Quarter 2008.
